We are pleased to share that our August 2025 Relationship Builder Event at McClintock Bay Resort, Marsh Lake, YT, was a success.

Over the five days from August 8th to 13th, we spent time out on the land focusing on learning new life and technical skills, connecting with others, and providing a safe and supportive environment for everyone. We're incredibly proud to announce that eight of the men who have attended past events took on the responsibility of becoming lead facilitators - leading all of the activities over the six days, supporting participants, and fostering positive spaces and connections.

Some of our activities included:

• Building a Bush Sauna

• Harvest of diamond willow and carving walking canes

• Canoeing and Knot-Tying

• Fishing & setting fishnets

• Archery

• Mountain Biking

• Learning about Medicine Plants & making pitch salve

• Sanding and Painting Paddles

• Drawing & Calligraphy

• Making popsicle stick pallet coasters

We would like to say a special thank you to Icycle Sports in Whitehorse for donating the rental of mountain bikes for our event. The generosity of our supporters is what allows us to continue to host our Relationship Builder events with men in the Yukon.
