Grant Barley is the President of Strategies North. Grant is a Registered Professional Forester, and has 12 years of experience working in heavy civil construction and over 20 years in resource development. He specializes in operations, procurement, negotiation, and building partnerships, and his particular technical and strategic expertise is in seeing a project from idea through to completion. These projects have ranged from the development of deep-water ports to mines to oil & gas. In his current role at Strategies North, he oversees business development and operational oversight and spends much of his time doing advocacy in government on behalf of his clients. In addition to his role with Strategies North, Grant also is a director for Tsa Cho Forestry (A Dease River First Nation company) and is a Founder and Managing Director of NationFUND.
